Returns

We offer 14 days full refund on returned items with original receipt taking they arrive in the same conditions as they were purchased, ie Return merchandise must be in store bought condition. Any sealed boxes such as underwear must not be broken. All items will be inspected on return.

We offer full refund if the product is faulty or doesn’t meet its product quality recommended by the brands we sell.

Refunds will be processed in the form of payment and Currency used on the original order.
Gift Cards are available upon request.

SALE or CLEARANCE items cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty.

Any return shipping fees will be paid by the costumer and the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. As soon as your return has been processed, we'll email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.

Shipping

As soon as your order is dispatched from us you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise depending on the shipping option you have chosen. You’ll be able to track most orders online.

We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us. We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible.

If you receive an incorrect item on your order we will cover the return shipping fee and any additional refunds.

Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your delivery note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it isn't, please get in touch with us asap. If an item you ordered is out of stock/not longer available you will be noticed within 24 hours by email.
